Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)Industry: IT CompanySalary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on skills)About us:We are a fast-growing marketing & automation company offering:Food Delivery Platform DevelopmentMobile App (Flutter) & Web DevelopmentDigital Marketing & Ad CampaignsEnd-to-end tech & marketing executionWe are currently building a new-age food delivery app to compete with Zomato/Swiggy in a focused market, combining technology + marketing + operations.We are now expanding our HR + Sales team for our Ahmedabad office.Role Overview:We are looking for a smart, passionate HR + Sales Coordinator who wants to grow in both people operations + business development.Your job is simple:Hire the right talent → Coordinate teams → Support leads & onboard restaurants/vendors.You will work closely with IT team, Marketing team, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:Human Resource (Hiring + Coordination)👥 Manage hiring for tech & marketing roles (UI/UX, Dev, Marketing)📢 Post jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala & local job portals📞 Screen resumes & conduct telephonic interviews📅 Schedule interviews with seniors & technical heads🆕 Handle onboarding, documentation & induction📊 Manage attendance, leave records & MIS📚 Support HR policies, culture & internal communicationSales & Client Co-ordination🍽️ Reach out to restaurants/cloud kitchens for onboarding📞 Call & pitch food delivery app model🤝 Explain benefits, commission model & support📅 Book demo meetings for founders/BD team📒 Maintain CRM & onboarding pipeline💬 Follow-up with interested partners📨 Share onboarding checklist & documents📈 Assist in merchant acquisition targetsWhat we are looking for:🔥 Excellent communication in Hindi/Gujarati (English bonus)📲 Confident on calls + strong personality👀 Smart with people & talent evaluation💼 Interest in tech + startup culture📈 Target-oriented mindset🧠 Fast learner + problem solver💻 Basic skills in Sheets/Docs/CRM👟 Ready to grow fast in a startup environmentIf you love talking to people, organizing processes, and driving outcomes — you’re perfect.
