We're seeking a future team member for the role of VicePresident, Middle Office Manager I to join our Middle OfficeAccount Onboarding team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRIDrole.

In this role, you'll make an impact in thefollowing ways: 

  • Responsiblefor JSIT, JUAT and UAT testing for Middle Office Operations whilealso handling the client engagement for eachphase. 
  • Responsible for overall successof client testing and conversions, ensuring client satisfactionthrough the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well asthe direct client experience. 
  • Leadslarge complex conversion activities related to a mix of complexinstitutional client relationships requiring the in-depthunderstanding of middle office, custody and fund accountingprocessing activities. Completes an accurate conversion of data onMiddle Office systems to provide daily, weekly, or monthlyvaluation clients. Reviews control reports to effectively mitigaterisks and resolve problems that arise during the conversionprocess. 
  • Leads project managementactivities for testing and conversion such as reporting, planning,issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and day-to-daytracking, and other project documentation preparation. Identifiessignificant gaps or quality issues in transition processes andmakes recommendations for improvement.
  • Acts asSME to support Product in defining serviceoffering. 
  • Exercises own judgement andcollaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders toresolve testing and conversion issues and reviews/approves work ofjunior team members.  
  • Regularlyinteracts with clients in answering questions and resolvingmultifaceted inquiries for the implementation phases of JSIT andJUAT. 
  • Creates internal and externalmetrics for Middle Office JSIT, JUAT, and UAT phases.

To be successful in this role, we're seekingthe following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalentcombination of education and experience is required.
  • 10+ years of total relevant experience in accounting withat least 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Experience in asset servicing, middle office,derivatives, corporate actions and accounting essential for thisrole.
