Our mission is to develop tech gnans to make a significant impact in the tech industry.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer located in Vijayawada. In this role, you’ll work on designing and developing LLM-powered applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and AI-driven workflows that solve real-world problems to bring cutting-edge AI solutions from idea to production.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Transformers).Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) — fine-tuning, API usage, or evaluation.Good understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.Knowledge of retrieval pipelines (RAG) and context window optimization.Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, FastAPI, Flask).Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with an innovation mindset.Bonus:Familiarity with MLOps or model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).Knowledge of prompt evaluation, LLM performance metrics, and AI safety principles.Experience with LangChain Agents, Tools, or Function Calling.Basic understanding of frontend integration (React, Next.Js) for AI dashboards or chat UIs.Experience using cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
