Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Architect to design and lead the end-to-end migration of existing CI/CD pipelines to Azure DevOps, while designing and implementing a scalable, reusable CI/CD framework for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps architecture, pipeline standardization, and automation-first approaches, with a strong understanding of enterprise governance and cloud-native deployment models.

Bitbucket to Github migration experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing CICD pipelines, tools, and environments
  • Define Azure DevOps architecture, including organizations, projects, and access policies
  • Identify reusable CI/CD patterns across application teams
  • Architect a modular, parameterized YAML-based CI/CD framework for multi-tech stack support with integration of best practices , DevSecOps standards and guardrails
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead the phased rollout of application onboarding on the migrated CICD pipelines
  • Mentor and Coach the Team to achieve the project milestones

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years in software engineering/DevOps; 3+ years as a DevOps Architect
  • Experience in migrating CICD pipelines for enterprise applications preferably from TeamCity and Octopus Deploy to Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Environments)
  • Experience in migrating CI/CD from TeamCity and Octopus Deploy to Azure DevOps
  • Experience with repository migration from Bitbucket to Github will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in writing reusable YAML pipeline templates
  • Strong scripting knowledge: Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Python
  • Familiarity with App Service, AKS, VMs, and containerized deployments
  • Expertise in integrating tools like SonarQube, Snyk, Azure Artifacts, HashiCorp Vault
  • Expertise in integration of Security tools in CICD Pipelines
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:


• Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305)


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models
