About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage Java-based software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Java/Spring Boot/Microservices projects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders

Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets

Identify project risks and create mitigation plans

Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business goals

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management of IT/software projects

Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices (preferred)

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven experience in managing distributed/global teams

PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications is a plus
