We are seeking a unique hybrid professional who excels as both a Technical Project Manager and a Scrum Master. You will be the crucial link between our product vision and its technical execution, responsible for guiding complex software projects from conception to launch.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in a software project management and/or Scrum Master role within an Agile environment.
- Technical Acumen: Proven experience managing complex software development projects built on a modern tech stack, specifically including:
- Backend: Java (particularly Spring Boot, microservices architectures)
- Frontend: Angular (or other modern JavaScript frameworks like React/Vue)

- Agile Expertise:
- Deep, practical understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Tools Proficiency: Expert-level user of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership ability with a knack for servant leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through technical challenges.
