The Sales Expert will be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience, handling QSR / B2b sales, assisting customers with product inquiries, and driving sales growth. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive communication and fostering long-term customer relationships.QualificationsExperience in Customer Service and delivering excellent Customer ExperienceProficiency in Sales and Sales techniquesStrong Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet sales targets and build rapport with customersExperience in the tea industry or related fields is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatoryProper documentation and record-keeping will be expected
