Role: Technical RecruiterExp: 4 to 6 yrs. Qualification: B. tech/ MBA (HR)Location: GurgaonTechnical Recruiter duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical fieldPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roleSource and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team membersManage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedbackProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and closing candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking systemStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisitionRequirements and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in technical recruitingStrong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsProven experience in recruiting technical positions such as software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionalsAbility to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates’ technical skillsExperience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channelsKnowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiringAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong organizational and time management skillsRegards,Neerav Soanii
