Responsibilities

Handling All Accounts and Taxation.

Managing GST.

Preparation of Daily Sales & Collection report, Computation of commission, discount, loss and service fee figures.

Ensuring that all payments are made to suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters.

Preparation of Vendor payment report for further trend analysis.

Preparation of airlines debtor & creditor report list for monthly review.

Performing Daily Vendor reconciliation with airlines purchase report.

Prepare vendor statement for vendor payment and vendor reconciliation.

Prepare Sale Incentive of all Agent as per Deal

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Minimum 4 Yrs Exp. in Travel Industry.
  • Strong Accounts Knowledge of Travel Industry.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
