As an Lead/Associate Manager in Technology Solutions, you will focus on strengthening the staff augmentation practice, ensuring smooth coordination across clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is designed for professionals who are fast with numbers, excellent communicators, and capable of enabling seamless business execution. Role Overview We are seeking an Lead/Associate Manager – Technology Solutions to lead the staff augmentation function within Technology Solutions. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and client-facing confidence. You will manage end-to-end staff augmentation delivery, act as the single point of coordination across multiple teams, and contribute to building Technology Solutions as a strategic capability for Indegene. Key Responsibilities Staff Augmentation Delivery Manage the full lifecycle of staff augmentation: requirement gathering, role scoping, sourcing, onboarding, and integration. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality fulfilment. Partner with vendors and internal teams to secure timely availability of resources. Track utilization, efficiency, and proactively address delivery challenges. Client Engagement & Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for staff augmentation engagements with clients. Participate in client calls, RFPs, and SOW processes with strong business presence. Support sales with proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for client acquisition and renewals. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and smooth engagement management. Practice Enablement Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and engagement models for staff augmentation under Technology Solutions. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technology teams to align staff augmentation with Technology Solutions’ growth agenda. Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape to continuously refine offerings. Prepare insights, reports, and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Desired Profile 5–6 years of experience in staff augmentation, resourcing, vendor management, or technology services. Strong analytical skills; quick with numbers and adept at turning data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven client-facing experience. Ability to manage cross-functional coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Entrepreneurial, agile, and collaborative mindset with the ability to scale staff augmentation as a structured capability. Why Join Us?
