B2B Business Development Manager

We are seeking for a results driven B2B Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
Location: Hyderabad (Shamshabad)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the F&B sector (distributors, retailers, food service).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and lead contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and provide regular sales forecasts and performance insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in business development or sales in the frozen foods or food service industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and new business acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of frozen food market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a willingness to travel.
