Role and Responsibilities:

As a Prompt Engineer (Psychometrician), you will be a part of our R&D and Consulting department. Your main objective is to manage psychometric projects, ensuring they advance smoothly and meet timelines.


Your main missions are:


  • Contribute to the design, validation, and enhancement of psychometric assessments and HR tools.
  • Develop and implement AI-based programs using various generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes and analysis for R&D Projects
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of psychometric tools, including scoring mechanisms and translations by leveraging AI tools.
  • Organise and manage timelines and deliverables using project management tools, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Assist in HR consulting by contributing to the development of tailored solutions (such as personalisation of assessments, curated reports etc) to meet client's needs.
  • Assist in creating innovative test items for specialized assessments.
  • Create complex AI generative program dedicated to R&D projects.


You'll work with the R&D team, made of 15 people spread across India, London and Paris. This multicultural environment is one of our biggest strength


Profile Requirements:

  • Education: MSc in psychometrics, industrial/organisational psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A first experience in psychometrics would be a plus.


Skills:


Essential:

  • Technical skills : advanced use of Chat GPT and knowledge on the functioning of generative AI tools in general, knowledge on the creation and validation of psychometric tools.
  • Soft skills : Fluency in english, project management, organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility.
