We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks. Responsibilities: Design Execution    Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital and print deliverables. Work on brand identity, social media creatives, and marketing collateral. Adapt existing design systems to new campaign formats. Collaboration & Coordination    Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers on client projects. Receive and apply feedback constructively from creative leads and clients. Ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks. Software & Tools    Work proficiently in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Maintain organized design files and export deliverables in correct formats. Continuously work towards learning new software and tools Quality & Consistency    Follow brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns. Double-check designs for alignment, color, and typography accuracy. Keep up with design trends and bring fresh visual ideas to the table. Professional Conduct    Participate in daily/weekly design reviews. Communicate progress or delays clearly with team leads. Maintain curiosity, discipline, and eagerness to learn. Update timesheets & attend monthly reviews Requirements and skills ·        1 - 3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer ·       Experience with software, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and After Effects. ·       Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts) ·       Ability to work well within a team ·       A keen eye for detail ·       Time management and multitasking abilities ·       Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude ·       A talent for creativity and problem-solving  Please note that a work portfolio is required for consideration of your application.
