Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks.Responsibilities:Design Execution- Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital and print deliverables.- Work on brand identity, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.- Adapt existing design systems to new campaign formats.Collaboration & Coordination- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers on client projects.- Receive and apply feedback constructively from creative leads and clients.- Ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks.Software & Tools- Work proficiently in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects- Maintain organized design files and export deliverables in correct formats.- Continuously work towards learning new software and toolsQuality & Consistency- Follow brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns.- Double-check designs for alignment, color, and typography accuracy.- Keep up with design trends and bring fresh visual ideas to the table.Professional Conduct- Participate in daily/weekly design reviews.- Communicate progress or delays clearly with team leads.- Maintain curiosity, discipline, and eagerness to learn.- Update timesheets & attend monthly reviewsRequirements and skills· 1 - 3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer· Experience with software, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and After Effects.· Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)· Ability to work well within a team· A keen eye for detail· Time management and multitasking abilities· Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude· A talent for creativity and problem-solvingPlease note that a work portfolio is required for consideration of your application.
