Monitoring Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Engineer to join our team at i2k2-network-pvt-ltd.

Job Summary

This is a key role for monitoring engineers with 1-3 years of experience in managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, Cacti, Zabbix, and other related tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using Zabbix, Cacti, and other infrastructure monitoring tools such as Jenkins and Icinga.
  • Configure and customize these tools for optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automating tasks and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting service availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in monitoring tools (Zabbix, Cacti) and basic Linux skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux system administration, scripting, and networking principles.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools and network security principles.
Working Conditions

This role is based in Noida Sector 63, but we offer the flexibility of working from office or remotely. The work schedule involves 5 days a week, with regular weekly meetings and collaboration sessions.
