About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive with at least 3 years of post-internship experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence, creating engaging content, and executing marketing campaigns primarily across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing content including creating posts, stories, shooting videos, banners, and promotional materials
  • Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end social media marketing campaigns
  • Write engaging and relevant copy for different platforms (Instagram, , Facebook, etc.)
  • Use basic tools for graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using insights and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Support overall brand and communications strategy through digital channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (post-internship)
  • Proven experience in handling social media platforms and growing engagement organically
  • Strong understanding of content creation and copywriting
  • Hands-on experience in basic design and video editing software/tools
  • Good understanding of brand consistency and online marketing metrics

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with email marketing tools, paid campaigns, or performance marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing
  • Experience with tools like , Google Ads & Meta Business Suite
