Role And Responsibilities: Manage Data Principal Access Requests (DPARs) and other rights requests from data principals, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws. Coordinate with internal departments and cross function stakeholders (Legal, IT, HR, etc.) to gather necessary information for fulfilling requests. Maintain detailed records of all requests and responses, ensuring audit readiness. Develop and update procedures for handling data principal rights requests and grievance requests. Define and implement escalation protocols for unresolved or complex Data Principal Rights requests. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average response time, SLA adherence rate, and request volume trends. Define & operationalize metrics/KPIs for tracking request volumes, resolution times, and compliance Provide training and guidance to employees on handling data principal rights. Monitor regulatory developments and update internal processes accordingly. Simulate DSARs requests and identify areas of improvements Monitor SLAs for responding to Data Principal Rights and take appropriate actions in case of any breach in SLAs Support investigations into complaints or breaches related to data principal rights.Experience - 5 + Years Contact Number & Email Address : 9343613961 / saloni.nirmal@skillventory.com
