We are currently seeking a Offshore DevOps Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, automation, and some cloud infrastructure management. This role focuses on building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud environments. You will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and implement best practices for cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Automate deployments to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, and Virtual Machines while managing release approvals, rollback mechanisms, and versioning.
Implement multi-stage deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling Updates) to ensure minimal downtime and seamless releases.
Secure CI/CD pipelines by integrating security scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA), enforcing RBAC policies, and managing secrets using Azure Key Vault.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates, ensuring consistency with GitOps workflows.
Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track pipeline performance, automate alerts for failures, and optimize for cost and reliability.
Work with development, QA, security, and operations teams to standardize DevOps processes, document best practices, and provide technical guidance.
Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, collaborating on automation improvements and continuous delivery enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

CI/CD Pipelines: 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins for automating software delivery.
Azure DevOps Services: Deep expertise in Azure Pipelines, Artifacts, Repos, Releases, and Boards for managing development workflows.
Deployment Automation: Experience implementing Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Updates to optimize deployments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): 3+ years of experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning.
Scripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and YAML to automate processes and CI/CD pipelines.
Security in DevOps: Hands-on experience integrating Azure Key Vault, SAST/DAST security tools, RBAC policies, and compliance frameworks into DevOps workflows.
Monitoring & Logging: Experience using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track performance and troubleshoot issues.
Soft Skills & Collaboration

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in DevOps automation and deployment processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced DevOps environment.
