**Job Responsibilities**
As a Senior Mechanical Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Package engineering activities on rotating equipment and packages
- Preparing and issuing technical specifications
- Preparing and issuing equipment lists
- Selecting vendors through the supply chain interface, reviewing offers, and issuing TBEs, participating in bid clarification meetings
- Executing POs: package engineer accountable for compliance with specs
You will also be involved in overall technical aspects of the package, including pre-PO, post-PO, FAT, safety studies, and engineering support to yards for commissioning.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical
- Minimum 8 years of experience in rotating equipment and packages in oil and gas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore oil and gas
- Minimum 1 FPSO experience preferred
- Proficiency in SW or tools such as PV Elite, Compress, AutoCAD, and Navisworks 3D
