With a thriving e-commerce presence and expanding retail footprint, we’re looking for an Logistics Supervisor to help keep our operations smooth, timely, and flawless.What You’ll Do:Support daily logistics & warehouse operations for skincare and haircare productsCoordinate with couriers, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely dispatches & deliveriesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issues with speed and professionalismMaintain accurate inventory records and update stock reportsAssist in implementing logistics SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costsWork closely with the sales & operations team for smooth order fulfillmentMonitor return & replacement processes for quality controlWhat We’re Looking For:1–3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (beauty/FMCG preferred)Strong organizational & problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGood communication skills in English & Hindi/TeluguWhy Join Us:Be part of a high-growth beauty brandWork in a collaborative, creative, and dynamic team environmentOpportunities for career growth as we expand nationallySalary: ₹22,000/month (Based on experience)
