About the RoleWe are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Technology, SaaS, or Fintech domain.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.What We're Looking ForExperience: Senior Sales Manager: 8-12 years in enterprise sales.Junior Sales Manager: 5-7 years in enterprise sales.Industry Background: Preferably from Technology, SaaS, Fintech , or BFSI sectors.Skills & Attributes:Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong networking ability and experience engaging with C-level executives.Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.
