About the Role

We are seeking a Supply Head to architect and scale Tavira’s supply chain. This is a leadership role at the heart of our journey — enabling speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.


You will own the end-to-end Tavira’s supply ecosystem: from fabric sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.


Based in Jaipur, you will build a supply chain that can handle rapid launches, seasonal peaks, and national scale, while keeping Tavira’s craftsmanship and quality uncompromised.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Build a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone for Tavira’s growth.
  • Vendor & Production Leadership: Develop a strong ecosystem of processors, and manufacturers across hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Banaras, Tirupur etc.
  • Demand & Inventory Planning: Partner with design and merchandising to forecast, align supply with launches, and optimize working capital.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on speed and cost efficiency.
  • Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing Tavira Supply team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, merchandising, retail, and finance to ensure seamless collection rollouts.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production.
  • Strong foundation in education (IIT/IIM) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sourcing and supply chain, with exposure to either new-age startups or large-scale industry supply chains, is preferred.
  • Strong inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization skills.
  • Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with Jaipur as the central base.
