Intern – Backend Development & Web Scraping (Remote)

Duration: 3–6 months

Mindcase is an AI agent company focused on building custom datasets for enterprise clients. We scrape web data, enrich it, and layer insights on top using intelligent agents. We're looking for a motivated intern (ideally a 4th-year student already placed or a graduate) who wants real-world AI exposure before starting their full-time job.

What you will do:

  • 50% Web Scraping using Playwright/Selenium
  • 50% Backend Development with frameworks like FastAPI/Flask, working on scalable APIs/LLMs and integrating databases.
  • Collaborate to build and maintain backend systems for efficient data processing and AI model deployment.

Requirements:

  • Strong Python skills.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar scraping tools
  • Exposure to AI agents (LangChain, LLMs, etc.).
  • Experience in backend development using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Familiarity with Supabase or similar database management and backend-as-a-service platforms.
  • Prerequisite: You must have built something in this space before.
