Jeanologia is revolutionizing how things are made by developing sustainable technologies for garment finishing, as well as related software products that are disrupting the industry. We collaborate with both brands and manufacturing & textile finishing centers to transform the textile industry into an eco-efficient and sustainable area of activity.
We're strengthening our sales team and looking for a Sales Manager for our Indian team.
Our challenge is the complete digitalization of the textile industry, being authentic pioneers in a sector with such a potential for evolution & improvement.
Your Role:Your main challenge will be the commercialization of our equipment & technologies within the market, being responsible for managing the entire sales process: from prospecting for new customers to closing deals, going through the negotiation stage.
- You'll prospect for new customers, carrying out the corresponding market research to identify potential brands, retailers, manufacturing companies, and mills who may be interested in using our technologies.
- You'll contact potential customers for commercial presentations either on-site or remotely.
- You'll analyze and monitor the competition in your assigned area.
- You'll manage opportunities/leads to turn them into prospects, negotiate with the customer, close deals, and prepare the corresponding commercial offer.
- You'll make commercial presentations, follow up, and close sales of new technologies regarding Jeanologia's existing customers and white spaces.
- You'll resolve any issues or incidents arising from our customers regarding our products.
- You'll coordinate with colleagues from other departments to perform demos or other commercial actions that may help strengthen the sales process.
- You'll comply with sales productivity metrics, measuring effectiveness and possible causes of deviation to continually improve our commercial processes.
- You'll manage and optimize your sales activity through CRM.

- 5 years of experience in sales within the textile industry: we need someone who can put our customers at the center, managing the entire sales process with autonomy and attitude.
- We value experience in related areas of work, such as fashion brands or sustainability.
- Deep knowledge of garment finishing processes and industry (denim and dyeing).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills: we want you to show exceptional sales pitches with accurate, clear, compelling, and effective arguments.
- Initiative, attitude, eagerness to learn, aptitude for teamwork, and a clear orientation to results & continual improvement.
- Proficient English level. Any additional language is a plus.
- Experience with CRM.
