As an Influencer Marketing Expert, you will be at the forefront of building authentic connections with creators who share our passion for wellness.Main ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Identification & Onboarding: Research, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.Negotiation & Coordination: Manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets while ensuring seamless collaboration.Creative Briefs & Scripts: Develop influencer briefs, scripts, and content guidelines aligned with brand objectives and campaign narratives.Campaign Execution: Oversee influencer content creation, approvals, and posting schedules to ensure timely, high-quality output.Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor activities, and new platform opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives with social media, paid ads, and events.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing; D2C, wellness, or lifestyle brand experience is a strong plus.Strong network and understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a knack for relationship building.Analytical mindset with experience in tracking influencer ROI and campaign performance.Creative thinker who can balance brand strategy with authentic influencer storytelling.Why Join Wiselife?At Wiselife, you won’t just be managing influencer collaborations, you’ll be building a community that lives and breathes wellness.
