We are adept at handling diverse solar projects globally and work closely with civic bodies to implement sustainable solar solutions, including power plants, pumping systems, and street lights. By leveraging our portal, sunbuy.in, we streamline procurement and enhance cost efficiency for solar design and material acquisition. Our partnerships with financial institutions enable financing and OPEX models for industrial and utility-scale solar power plants. Our in-house team provides detailed engineering, feasibility surveys, and post-installation services to ensure sustainable and efficient execution of solar projects. Role Description We are seeking full-time Operations and Maintenance Engineers to join our team in Vadodara. This on-site role involves the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of solar power systems. The engineer will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate with teams to ensure timely support, and ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards. Qualifications Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical) Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for solar energy systems Knowledge and expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management A strong background in Electrical Engineering, including knowledge of solar systems and related technologies Effective Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and reporting Ability to think critically and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or training in renewable energy or electrical maintenance are advantageous 3 years of experience in solar energy systems maintenance is preferred Key Responsibilities: Visit sites for issue resolution Handle inverter faults Perform PM/BM activities Train customers Maintain service records Required Skills: Inverter diagnostics AC/DC systems Strong communication O&M monitoring tools What We Offer: Key O&M role Customer-facing technical growth Apply Now : If you're passionate and ready to build your career with us, we’d love to hear from you You can also Email us your CV to:
