In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Plan and drive Talent Acquisition strategy for the specific needs of shared service structure in India Implement continuous improvement in alignment with the global Talent Acquisition practices of Emerson Lead recruitment process based on business requirements; includes sourcing and screening candidates, leading end-to-end recruitment process through the onboarding stage Coordinate with Business Heads, hiring managers and global engineering & IT leaders for the selection process and provide key metrics and analysis Driving the Campus strategy in partnership with various educational institutes to facilitate hiring of Engineering Graduates and Interns Coordinate with Oracle, LinkedIn & Naukri teams for ensuring smooth process flow; handle vendor relationships Proactively work in data analytics & market research, stay ahead of market and interpret technology trends, provide relevant insights to the team for acquiring right talent Collaborate closely with hiring managers in recruitment planning meetings to understand technical requirements and provide status updates on recruitment needs Provide direction and manage a dynamic recruitment team of – members Coordinate with other Emerson entities for best practicesWHO YOU ARE

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum - years of experience in Talent Acquisition to years of experience in leading a dynamic talent acquisition team Extensive experience in recruitment operations with solid knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment tools, and various external sourcing channels. Oracle Recruit & LinkedIn hiring experience, a must Strong experience designing and implementing various talent acquisition-related strategies and programs Multi-national and matrix environment experience preferred Ability to influence leaders positively in taking data based decisions of hiring Proficient in competency based interviewing techniques Hands-on experience in maintaining & improving University RelationsPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
