Job Responsibilities:

- Education Strategy: Adapt global trends to fit local market needs, ensuring a strong commercial impact.

- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to stay updated on market skill levels, identify training gaps, and develop targeted interventions, including collaboration with global experts when needed.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage internal and external education teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

- Content Creation & Delivery: Oversee the development of content for both physical and digital platforms, including training sessions, shows, social media, and e-commerce.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and digital content through feedback, assessments, and data analysis.
