- Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll drive the sales of automation products, support clients with technical insights, and build lasting customer relationships. You'll play a key part in understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and contributing to business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell industrial automation solutions (PLCs, HMIs, Drives, SCADA)
Understand customer requirements and offer technically sound solutions
Provide on-site technical support and pre/post-sales assistance
Identify and nurture new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and follow up on leads
- Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Technical Sales
Proven track record in industrial automation (preferably Mitsubishi systems)
Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, Drives, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EEE, ECE, EIE, Mechanical, or related fields)
MBA in Marketing or Operations is an added advantage
Willingness to travel for client visits, demos, and exhibitions
