Lead the design process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives andbrand guidelines into visually impactful designs that effectively communicate key messagesand enhance brand identity.3. Utilize advanced graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to produce high-quality designs with meticulous attentionto detail and pixel-perfect accuracy.4. Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies,continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the quality of design workproduced by the team.5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities tasks effectively, and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of qualityand creativity.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.2. 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasinga diverse range of design projects and styles.3. Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,After Effects).4. Excellent design skills, including a keen eye for typography, layout, composition, andcolour theory, demonstrated through past work examples.5. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translateabstract ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.6. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate designconcepts and ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.7.
