**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging animated visual content for a variety of platforms, with a strong focus on digital media and marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency in animation software, and the ability to tell compelling stories through motion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and effective motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various digital channels, including social media, websites, online advertising, presentations, and explainer videos.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other designers to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling motion graphic solutions.
- Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts to plan and present animation ideas.
- Design and animate 2D and 3D graphic elements, typography, and illustrations.
- Edit and enhance video footage with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices, considering technical specifications and best practices for each.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in motion graphics, animation, and digital storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Archive and organize project files and assets efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphic projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and potentially Cinema 4D or other 3D software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Solid foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into engaging animated visuals.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience creating motion graphics specifically for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles as they relate to animated interfaces.
- Basic understanding of video production workflows.
- Experience with sound design and audio integration in motion graphics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
