The candidate should be Post Graduate from a premiere institute with about 10-15 years' of relevant Ro-Ro shipping line or Freight forwarding experience / Master Mariner with Ro-Ro experience /automobile sector shore experience in operations/commercial.

The candidate must be result oriented, hold good knowledge of Ro-Ro market and customers. He/she must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities includes developing & implementing business plans and strategies, monitoring and control of operations to ensure customer satisfaction, developing customer relation, constantly be in touch with Shippers/Forwarders to market the Ro-Ro division and secure cargoes, account management, generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure, build strong relationships with the high value key accounts to enhance revenue, keep Principals informed on the new projects of different target customer companies and garner business prospects.

The Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and should be able to co-ordinate at all levels with principals & customers to derive best results.
