Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess trainees' language proficiency and provide feedback.

  2. Curriculum Design:

    • Develop modules on aviation-specific communication.
    • Use scenarios and role-playing exercises.

  3. Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Conduct assessments and provide feedback.
    • Administer language proficiency tests.

  4. Professional Development:

    • Stay updated with language training trends.
    • Mentor junior trainers.

  5. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Coordinate with trainers and department heads.
    • Liaise with aviation professionals to align training with industry needs.

Qualifications:
