Our company aggregates the audio advertising inventory ofMore than 850 audio-related apps, including Alexa, Spotify, JioSaavn, PocketFM, and other major audio-related appsMetro Train Advertising in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata,Payment Soundbox Audio Advertising with PayTm, Bharatpe etc.Role SummaryAs a Sales Executive (Work‐From‐Home but 9 to 6), you will nurture and convert leads generated by AI-driven cold email campaigns and AI cold-bot calls and your own generated leads. Success means rapidly moving warm leads through discovery, demo, and close, ultimately driving media sales revenue and qualifying for a leadership track.Role DescriptionAlthough it is work from home you would be expected to work regular working hoursDrive and develop media sales revenue from AI-sourced leadsBuild, maintain, and manage relationships with marketing professionals at both client and agency levelsDevelop and manage a robust pipeline; forecast new-business closure rates and booked revenue accuratelyBegin as an individual contributor; strong performers will expand into team leadership rolesDesired Candidate ProfileFully remote; no market or field visits required4–6 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targetsDemonstrable senior-level negotiation and relationship-building skillsAutonomous self-starter who thrives working alone yet collaborates effectively with a teamMust have a working laptop and broadband at homeMust be willing to work full time from home and should not be looking for part time workPerks & BenefitsFixed Annual salary: ₹5 Lacs per annum maximum (100% Remote role)Industry-leading incentives tied to performanceESOPs, health insurance, and life insurancePaid maternity, paternity, and marriage leaveNoteWe will be taking an online test to check AI aptitude and hope that you are OK with it
