With our specialized verticals — Franchise Culture and Digital Culture — we’re building a strong ecosystem that supports brand growth, expansion, and communication across India and the GCC.We are now looking for a Telecommunication Specialist to join our dynamic team — someone who can build meaningful connections, communicate with potential clients effectively, and ensure a seamless communication experience across our franchise and consulting divisions.Role Overview:As a Telecommunication Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our internal and external communication channels, including client calls, lead follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with business development and marketing teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every client and franchise partner interaction reflects our professionalism and brand values.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential franchise leads and business clients.Manage follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, and communication tracking via CRM tools.Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure proper lead flow and conversion.Maintain and update call logs, reports, and feedback to support the sales pipeline.Handle customer queries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.Ensure smooth communication between clients, partners, and internal teams.Monitor telecommunication systems and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold company communication standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field.Freshers or 2years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer communication roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personality.What We Offer:A young, vibrant, and growth-driven work environment.Opportunity to be part of India’s leading franchise consulting and digital marketing firm.Competitive salary + performance incentives.Learning opportunities in business communication, franchising, and leadership development.How to Apply:If you have a passion for communication and enjoy creating meaningful client connections — we’d love to hear from you.👉 Apply now via LinkedIn or send your resume to corpculturecare@gmail.com
