Making outbound calls to customers or clients to promote products or services.

Explaining the features and benefits of the product or service being offered.

Answering questions and addressing concerns or objections raised by potential customers.

Generating and qualifying leads by gathering information from potential customers.

Maintaining a database of potential customers and updating it with relevant information.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Following up with potential customers who have shown interest in the product or service.

Recording details of calls and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Participating in training sessions or workshops to improve sales techniques and skills.

In addition to these responsibilities, a telecaller should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejection. They should also have good listening skills and be able to empathize with customers. Additionally, telecallers should be able to work well in a team and have strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (required)

Ability to Relocate:
