The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding programs, and employee relations efforts to foster a positive workplace culture. The Assistant HR Manager will oversee compliance with HR policies, assist in performance management, and support employee training and development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with department heads and organizing employee engagement activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processesExperience in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Retention programsProficiency in Compensation Management and HR ComplianceAbility to support Performance Management Systems and Training InitiativesExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior/ Present experience in the hospitality/Hotel Industry is imperative
