Conviva is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to support our Real Time Analytics Platform, with at least three days onsite per week in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pre-sales or technology consulting in measurement and analytics solutions. They will act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, leading complex problem-solving and integration initiatives across a diverse set of user groups. As a customer-facing technologist, the candidate must have excellent communication, organization, sales oriented and interpersonal skills.

What Success Will Look Like:

Leverage your breadth of technical knowledge and function as subject matter experts in both pre and post sales environments as well as advanced consulting engagements. Sales oriented mindset, proactivity, and sense of urgency. Bring subject matter expertise in end-to-end measurement and workflows. Highly data-literate, going often to the whiteboard to design detailed data architecture or workflows. Thought leader, participating in industry bodies and growing Conviva's own body of knowledge. Support Sales and Corporate Development globally on all Streaming Analytics platform opportunities through full project lifecycle. Be an important source of customer-first feedback, guiding Conviva on priorities, features, and potential partnerships as we further solidify our unique market position. Innovate and influence among technical and non-technical internal stakeholders. Present and share ideas with senior executives, eager to engage with peers in the industry, and credible in front of other technologists.

Who You Are & What You've Done:

7+ years of experience in a client-facing Pre-Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect or technology consulting role in measurement/data/application analytics solutions and SaaS. Prior experience of observability tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, user experience) is required for this role. Strong experience of leading or conducting meetings and presentations to senior executives and mixed technical and non technical customers. Knowledge/Expertise in Digital/OTT Video delivery infrastructure and ecosystems. Experience analyzing and working with big data sets. Keen attention to detail and consistent follow-through to commitments Comfortable balancing the intersection of technology and business challenges. Ability to work autonomously and to prioritize tasks while managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, strong presentation skills, and writing skills. · Willingness to travel up to 40% across the region. Desirable: Experience with Databrick, Big Query, Snowflake, Tableau, New Relic.
