This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial initiatives and drive business performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Equity FundraisingDevelop and execute equity fundraising strategies aligned with the company’s expansion and innovation goals.Identify and engage with private equity funds, venture capitalists, family offices, strategic investors, and ESG-aligned funds globally.Prepare and deliver high-impact investor presentations, pitch decks, financial models, and investment memorandums.Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle including term sheet negotiation, due diligence, valuation discussions, and closure.Investor RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors.Build long-term investor confidence through timely updates, performance tracking, and transparent reporting.Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and board-level interactions.Strategic Financial PlanningWork closely with leadership to align fundraising strategy with business growth plans, product expansions, and M&A opportunities.Contribute to scenario modeling, capital allocation, and return on capital analysis.Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, CFO, and Board.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with SEBI/Company Law/VC norms applicable to private equity transactions.Liaise with legal, tax, and compliance teams to draft and review shareholder agreements, ESOP structures, and equity-related documentation.Market IntelligenceTrack market trends, ESG investor movements, and valuation benchmarks across sectors and geographies.Identify strategic investment partners aligned with Attero’s sustainability and growth vision.Qualifications & SkillsMBA (Finance) is a must or CA/CFA preferred.Proven experience in equity fundraising (Series A, B, or growth capital), ideally in cleantech, manufacturing, or ESG-aligned startups.Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of investor mindset and capital markets.Strong network across private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in cross-border fundraising and global investor communication is a plus.
