We're a performance marketing agency running ROI-driven campaigns across global markets. We work across verticals, platforms, and geographies—and are now building our own in-house assets like comparison sites, web tools, and micro apps. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp and motivated Junior Media Buyer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to break into the world of media buying and performance marketing. You'll assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization while learning directly from experienced media buyers.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns (primarily Google Ads & Meta Ads)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copy, banners, and landing pages
  • Stay updated with platform policies and performance trends
  • Learn and implement internal SOPs for campaign management
  • Support senior team members with operational tasks and analysis
What We're Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ads (internships count)
  • Basic understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any digital ad tools
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with affiliate marketing, analytics tools, or landing page builders
