Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all finishing activities post civil superstructure
  • Inspect for defects in finishes, seepage, door frames, railings, etc.
  • Ensure quality control of vendor-supplied materials
  • Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) execution and site coordination
  • Work closely with customer service teams to resolve client concerns
  • Lead and manage large on-site execution teams across projects

Experience: Minimum 15 years in the construction/real estate sector, especially in finishing supervision and project execution.
