Drive quality Talent Acquisition across region:

  • Facilitate manpower hiring across the region is within Budget and as per approved manpower plan
  • Ensure all point in time at least 90% of budgeted dealers and other role holders are on board

  • Close all critical positions in shortest possible time within the hiring budget
  • Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget.
  • Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process

HR administrative support to new joiness as well as existing employees at the regions:

  • Provide functional direction & ensure smooth & uniform delivery of HR Ops issues pertaining to joining, compensation, exits and all employee life cycle across branches, regions & verticals
  • Implement structured induction for all employees joining in the regions within defined timelines from DOJ
  • Coordinate and resolve employee query with contact points in HR/ Payroll
  • Provide support/assistance for smooth transition to the shared services model and act as the first point of escalation for unresolved queries.
  • Drive seamlessly all central initiatives across regions.

Improve employee retention at Region and support with attrition analytics:

  • Conduct structured exit interview for all exits up to Manager level and record the same.
  • Analyze attrition in the region and identify key reasons contributing maximum to the attrition numbers
  • Devise mechanisms, steps & local initiatives (like skip levels, open house sessions etc.) to address employee concerns & arrest the factors contributing most to the attrition bucket.
  • Partner with BM/BH in counselling session of employees during branch visits in case of disciplinary/ attitudinal issues

Ensure prompt resolution of all ER issues which may come up from time to time:

  • Make comprehensive reports based on facts and share details with ZHR.
  • Implement action recommended keeping in mind sensitivities involved
