Account Manager Online Marketplace

Are you passionate about e-commerce and online marketplaces? Do you have a strategic mindset and a knack for driving product performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and PayTM?
We're looking for a results-driven Account Manager to take ownership of marketplace operations, collaborate with sellers, and drive sales across multiple online platforms.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and branch-level sellers.
Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to increase sales and visibility.
Plan and manage brand activities, promotions, and seasonal campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and PayTM.
Work closely with marketing and marketplace teams to optimize traffic, customer growth, and conversions.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and customer demand.
Analyze weekly sales data and performance reports to drive SKU- and seller-level improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content, promotions, inventory planning, and merchandising.
Ensure seamless product uploads, landing page optimization, and adherence to portal standards.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in a similar e-commerce or marketplace role.
MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Hands-on experience with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, PayTM).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
