Project: Value Chain Promotion on Agroforestry, NTFPs and Restoration-based Value Chains
Type: Short-term Contractual Position
Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:
The Research and Documentation Associate will support technical experts by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, visual mapping, and knowledge product development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Participate in and support field visits, surveys, meetings, and consultations.
● Record stakeholder findings meticulously and present them in appropriate technical formats (maps, visualisations).
● Assist in the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs.
● Maintain clear and accurate records of the value chain development process.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Master's/Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business.
● English & Hindi language proficiency
● 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
● Advanced analytical, documentation, and visual presentation skills.
● Strong communication and organisation abilities.
● Fieldwork readiness and stakeholder engagement capacity.
