We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to shape Scry AI’s narrative in the market, build strong relationships with media and industry stakeholders, and position our leadership and products as category-defining in enterprise AI. Role Overview As a Public Relations Manager at Scry AI, you will own the external communications strategy across press, media, analysts, and key industry platforms. You will craft compelling stories around our products, customers, research, and leadership, while proactively managing our reputation and share of voice. This role demands strong storytelling, relationship-building, and the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear, impactful narratives. Key Responsibilities PR Strategy and Planning Develop and execute a PR and external communications strategy aligned with business and marketing goals Identify key narratives and story angles around product launches, customer successes, partnerships, and research Build annual/quarterly PR plans with clear objectives, target outlets, and measurable outcomes Media Relations and Outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, industry analysts, and influencers in tech, AI, BFSI, and enterprise media Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents Coordinate interviews, media briefings, and thought leadership opportunities for founders and senior leaders Content and Thought Leadership Collaborate with leadership and subject-matter experts to create bylined articles, op-eds, quotes, and commentary on AI and industry trends Support the development of narratives for speaking engagements, webinars, and panels Ensure consistent messaging across PR, social media, website, and marketing campaigns Reputation Management and Monitoring Track media coverage, share of voice, and brand sentiment across key markets and channels Prepare talking points and FAQs for sensitive topics, announcements, or issues Support crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely and accurate information flow Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and HR branding to align messaging and timing of announcements Coordinate with customer success and sales to identify customer stories and case study opportunities Provide PR input for GTM plans, campaign themes, and brand-building initiatives Required Qualifications and Skills 4+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS Proven track record of securing coverage in relevant business, tech, and industry outlets Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages on complex technical topics Strong network or demonstrated ability to build relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers Experience managing PR agencies or external partners is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Our Ideal Candidate Is a natural storyteller who can turn technical AI work into narratives that resonate with business and industry audiences Is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning the PR agenda end-to-end Thinks strategically about brand reputation and long-term positioning, not just one-off announcements Communicates confidently with senior stakeholders and can coach spokespeople for media interactions Is excited to help shape how Scry AI shows up in the world as a trusted, innovative enterprise AI partner If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI is advancing enterprise AI through secure, scalable platforms like Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio.
