Experience- 8 to 12 YearsLocation- Pune, ChennaiJD: Power BI Lead DeveloperResponsibilities:Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions.Create calculated columns, measures, and tables to meet complex analytical requirements; implement advanced DAX calculations and ensure best practices for performance and scalability.Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service, including configuring connections, scheduling refreshes, and monitoring gateways for performance and reliability.Data modelling experience.Software development life cycle (SDLC) management experience, with awareness on Git and Azure DevOps pipelines.Support end-to-end testing (SIT and UAT) for BI solutions to ensure accuracy and quality.Mentor and guide BI developers and analysts; establish standards and reusable frameworks.Support CI/CD automation and process improvements for reporting and analytics delivery.Minimum Relevant Experience: 8+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with at least 5 years in Power BI architecture and leadership roles.Primary Skills:Power BI (Desktop & Service including App) – Advanced DAX, Data Modelling, Performance OptimizationLeadership & Project Management – Team building, stakeholder engagementGood to Have:Experience with Tableau for cross-platform analyticsTabular EditorOther cloud-based analytics tool experienceAzure experience
