Dynamics Consultant Job PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional to provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.This role involves working closely with business users, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system operations, timely resolution of incidents, and the ongoing optimization of CRM and Power Platform solutions.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).Support and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE including plugins, JavaScripts, web services, logic apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage and coordinate system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.Solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).Work as an escalation point primarily for a subset of our customers but also across the wider team.Champion best practice across the team.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or change requests.Manage and prioritize your time effectively.Prior Experience Required:Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.Proficiency in configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE.Familiarity with Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Benefits:A competitive salary package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
