About the Role We're looking for a creative and versatile Copywriter who specializes in writing compelling video scripts for social media and promotional campaigns. If you have a knack for storytelling, understand digital audiences, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, we'd love to have you on board. Experience in the education or ed-tech space is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

● Write engaging and high-converting scripts for short-form videos, reels, and course promos tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

● Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to conceptualize and execute ideas that drive attention and conversions.

● Create copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, landing pages, and emailers to support digital marketing efforts.

● Understand target audience personas and write content that aligns with their interests, challenges, and motivations.

● Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.

● Continuously optimize scripts and copies based on performance data and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2-4 years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in digital-first brands or agencies.

● Proven experience in writing video scripts for social media, brand storytelling, and promotional content.

● Excellent command of English with strong storytelling, grammar, and creative writing skills.

● Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.

● Familiarity with social media trends, ad formats, and content best practices.

● Highly collaborative, open to feedback, and capable of working in a fast-paced creative environment.

● A portfolio showcasing video scripts, social media copies, and promotional campaigns is a must. Bonus Points If You Have

● Experience in Ed-tech or education marketing. Knowledge of performance marketing copywriting (CTAs, hooks, conversion tactics). Basic understanding of content SEO and keyword usage.
