Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability
- Experience in detailed understanding on regulations from CEB
Project Management and Coordination

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
Resource Management

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Reporting And Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project performance.
Pre-requisites/Qualification:
- Bachelor’s in engineering with 10-15 years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience in executing projects at International locations
- International working experience is mandatory
- Experience of executing the project in Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification will be given preference
- Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders.
