Location – Gohana, Haryana Position – Miller Experience Required – 2 to 5 Years Education – Any Graduate (Preferably – B.E./B.Tech in Food Tech) + Certificate course from ISMTKey Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the flour mill and Chakki units during the assigned shift. • Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with flour specifications and customer requirements. • Manage grain blending operations to optimize flour output and maintain consistency. • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and internal guidelines. • Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all shift employees. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of mill workers to ensure efficient and continuous operations. • Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the mill area. • Oversee mill clean-out and support fumigation activities. Report and follow up on any equipment needing repair. • Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement improvements. • Maintain shift logs, production records, and incident reports accurately and timely.
